Before you book
Reserve about a week ahead
We recommend reserving at least seven days in advance to secure your ideal delivery date, especially during peak moving weekends at the end of the month. That said, we frequently accommodate next-day or same-week reservations — just ask.
You don’t need to be home
As long as you specify a safe, covered location — a front porch, covered entryway or garage — our delivery team can drop off or collect totes without you taking time off work.
Three full weeks, extendable
The default rental is 21 days. Extensions are subject to availability, so contact us before your due date and we’ll make every effort to arrange one.
No deposit, no hidden fees
$4 per tote for the standard three-week rental across Central Illinois. Normal wear and tear is 100% covered; a destroyed or lost tote (including lid) is $15 to replace.
